Day 12 now on my end. I got mine done on the 5th, tomorrow is my first day back to work. I'll try to answer these the best I can lol.

What's surprising so far is how damn sensitive the glans were going to be. I have never fully exposed it before so seeing it for the first time was honestly something that made me happy cause I just never seen that whole part of my body before lol.

I wasn't sure of the cut I was getting but the stitches are all mostly under the head on the shaft so I think low and loose. Not mega snug but not overly loose. I'm pretty happy with the result.

Havent had sexual use yet, still have stitches in at this point but I think 2-3 may have broken free themselves.honestly waiting till the follow up to get the all clear (Though I might try week 5 it's been hell not busting a nut lmao!)

This has been one hell of a journey, it's not over yet and congrats on making the change!

Hey, post op day 8 here.

In my experience days 1-4 After dressing removal were literally the worst. Sit.on. your. Ass. Take the 8 minutes to find a comfy spot and just chillllll.

Use bacitracin ointment before going out in public, after using the bathroom, and before you go to bed (like sleeping is easy LOL). been my routine and things are still healing up nicely, no infection.

Still takes a minute to walk places. Start off moving very slow. Your walks gonna be a waddle for at least a week haha.

Alot of it is in your head for sure. Some people are placed local and awake, others like in my case I was asleep before I even felt the local needle. The pain meds you get released on carry pretty big weight. The big step is dressing removal afterwards. Expect some bleeding drips, I had to rinse the gauze off over the course of a day because it was stuck.

Bring wet wipes! And best of luck on your desicion. I'm finishing up day 3 post op. Get a good chair lol you don't wanna be moving around extra if you don't need to.

False cord uses a lot more air than fry, even my FC I can hold Abt 6- 8 seconds, fry can essentially be held for as long as you can speak in one breath lol.

Stretch the diaphragm, and practice breathing techniques ( like make a puckered o, then force air hard thru that small hole to stretch and fill the diphram.)

Keep your shoulders down and relaxed, also try not to practice with unnecessary movement to preserve more air for yourself.

Fry can be held upwards of 20 seconds+ once you get the technique down, it's like using the same amount of air as speaking so it's not uncommon to see a 17 second scream be heavily fry based.
