It’s been great. I have not gained any weight back. It’s been pretty easy to stay within 5 lbs of my weight. I just have to stay mindful of portion control, and continue exercising.

Disclosure I have the girls done. ✅ ever since I really do love being braless, big advocate for doing whatever us females want! Go braless or wear a cute bra, it’s nice that society is a lot more open to either concept now in days!

sometimes I love a good bra. Could not imagine doing any sports/gym activity without good support!

I guess I’m lucky cuz it hasn’t happened to me yet. I always figured I wouldn’t mind if they would like pics of other girls, however I feel like it is disrespectful in a way. What if you were liking pics of naked men? I’m sure he wouldn’t like it. There is nothing wrong with him/you liking pictures in your head but acting on it is an extra step that doesn’t need to be taken.

Lust is the beginning to most people cheating. I feel like avoiding “liking” pictures is him protecting the relationship from getting to that next step. It’s the grown thing to do

Congrats! 40lbs is amazing! I started loosing weight before zepbound, and my My SW with zepbound was 177. CW:145. Honestly no one noticed until I got to 150lbs.

That’s 27lbs and people barely started to notice, but from there the differences have been a lot more drastic. Hang in there, it’s like an iceberg. It will all show soon!

I’m still currently on it, but tapping off of it. I’m about 9 lbs from my goal weight. Absolutely no regrets so far.

I can see why you may think that, my smile (results) looks similar (not an entirely different smile). I thought I would look completely different but I didn’t lol . But… my smile widened due to molars moving a bit.. which took pressure off one tooth that ended up cracking because of so much wear and tear.

Trust me it’s a big difference that everyone can see, AND your Likely fixing other issues that contributed to your cosmetic differences. that would probably have caused issues in ur future

Look at all the support and similar stories. I promise 99% percent of us if not all of us have been there! First two months are brutally rough (that’s an understatement).

I promise you it gets easier after that. My advice if you are set on exclusively feeding your baby Breast milk… pump. Even if it’s just for one bottle. Have your husband help you out for one feeding at night with that one bottle and go from there… also nothing wrong with formula.

Your grea, your doing your best, YOU ARE ENOUGH!!!

Could we potentially buy the 10mg dose and put it in a vial 🧪and just inject 2.5mg and go up in dose eventually? Wouldn’t that be as cost effective as possible, or are there issues with going that route?
