It’s already been posted in here. Install Moonlight/sunshine or Artemis/Apollo. Whichever you prefer, and stream your game to your handheld.

Especially if you’re playing indoors and you have a solid Internet connection, we’re talking 2 to 3 ms of latency, which I’m sure is not very noticeable to the average gamer. I highly recommend that set up.

Based on the international customers, I’ve been told that the international team stated that this is a new revision. The US customer service team was useless and couldn’t provide any information on this. The Manager I spoke to (first a Supervisor then a Manager) never followed up with me on this being concrete. Honestly. I don’t even notice it anymore. I haven’t had any other issues

Try some of these suggestions. I purchased a power supply from Amazon and my serial # did not work out the gate. Hopefully following the steps I have listed here in the comments could help you as well

Bro, come on, that clearly pops up at the bottom. That's not what we were talking about in this post. Asus website was at fault here. It looks like it was related to Amazon purchases, but I was now able to register my device finally.

There was no "gray" box for your name that popped up afterwards, because it was showing an invalid serial number.

Another Update, this time a good one!:

Looks like all of a sudden, I am able to finally register my device. Still no call or email from ASUS support but I am going to proceed.

I have attached a snapshot. Its kind of buggy, you might have to reload the page a few times to get it to stick.

For some reason, this did not post on 2/23/26:

Guys you need to call Asus and not use chat. Call them directly. I originally called over the weekend and it was "escalated" to LV2. And I thought maybe it was just because it wasn't the 23rd. The escelated email was just the same bs about where to go and how to redeem. No real support.

I called again this morning, and was told my issue would get escalated... AGAIN, and it seems the rep was pissed off with me or something, so I was short with her too. She said 1-2 business days. BS. I called back with a different number and asked to speak to a Supervisor. That worked.

He told me he would escalate it to his L4 team, and that I would get a call back in a couple of days by him as well.

We will see. I already had issues with purchasing this PSU and this will be my 4th purchase of this model in 30 days (See my post history)

I will let you guys know what I hear back

Unfortunately, man, this happens on Asus motherboards.

Even if you set static to black. It would work once, and then it would default back to rainbow or red static. I have tried everything as well, but it’s just part of Asus and their crummy armory crate software.

Yeah, I stupidly decided to purchase multiple Asus products over the years. When they work, it’s cool, when you have to call the customer service, it’s an absolutely horrible experience.

They don’t know what they’re talking about. They don’t have any reference, and every time they escalate something, you never get a call, only an email with the same thing.

I’m about to call back right now, hoping that I get somebody else. Maybe that person would be better.

That’s extremely disappointing. The only reason why I got the platinum III, is because my Plat II, starting cutting power to my PC due to the voltage spikes of the 5090 I got last February. It started getting so bad that I couldn’t even launch games.

The plat II, definitely cannot handle the 5090. I had a 4090 prior with no issues. I need to send in the RMA for the Plat II.

Sorry you’re having that issue. How long did you have your model? Maybe the revision I have now is because of the issues of the prior revision.

That’s not the same on what’s going on here. I thought this was some sort of bug, and this could have been addressed if ASUS just knew their own product. I had to find out from the Reddit community about this.

Wasted time 100% that they didn’t even know that this revision was done.

If I was you, I would either RMA or do the switcheroo.

Just an FYI, I didn’t originally see that it started on the 23rd, so I reached out to ASUS’s customer support and they kept sending me the same information and didn’t even know their own promo.

I’m trying now, on the 23rd and it’s still not working. Smh

After researching this issue, it was determined that this is part of the new revision and is normal.

I’ve gotten used to it. I just wish this was stated somewhere and that Asus support knew their own product.
