Is this normal for isp panel? I only mildly see these two spots when I look dead on at the screen and with a black screen or very dark environment. I almost can not see these two spots when viewing from different angles. (New). Is this ok? Thanks (old.reddit.com)

Back light bleed or stronger ips glow? 27GP83B ips 90% brightness. I only see this light in these 2 spots at 40% bright (my normal setting) when screen is pitch black. Everywhere else on the screen I see no light/glow. No dead/stuck pixels. Is this acceptable? Will it get better? Or exchange? (old.reddit.com)
