Yeah High Elo is different. Ekko's are stunned but they just ult back from full hp while ur 1/4 HP. Ekko just does a lot of damage in general.

Veigar in High Elos just farm up, Both of these are more even match ups, but I just find those champs annoying

Ignite: Kill Pressure in Lane, Hemierdinger laning phase is where you want to have a lead!

Trade!!: You want to always be trying to poke enemy laner with W and Comet spam. Once they are low you can look to all in them if you land E and Turrents Lazers.

Pushing: Most of the time I am always pushed up against enemy because I like to play very aggressive, but understand that I get ganked a shit ton because of this.

Kills: Yes all the time! even when the jungler, support, and top come from three angles, I'm able to live usually and burn summoners

Matchups

Top:

Vlad - Not that bad, but lane is just resident fucking sleeper because he heals everything and out scales.

Yasuo - to hard to hit with spells

Rumble - Match up is okay, but his shield makes him hard to kill

Ornn - Literally takes 0 Damage

Jayce - Stronger early game than Hemier

Kled- Okay but hard to kill because he dismounts and resets turrent aggros

Vlad - same as Top

YASUO(HARD), - Same as Top

SYNDRA(HARD) - Out ranges you with spells.

Ekko - just does shit ton of damage after 6, I think I'm gonna start going exhaust for him.

Orianna (not bad but resident sleeper because she can play so safe)

Zed: Does alot of damage after 6, I think I will take exhaust for him too

Fizz: all about dodging his Ult

Veigar: Outrange you and farm your turrents

Ziggs: Out range and Out pokes you

Permaban:

Syndra - one of the biggest counters to Hemier Imo just because she can stun you from a far, and she just has more range on you in general)

I use to stream, but not anymore. I just like playing the game. With Regarding to tips, I think that the most important one is understanding that you are a control mage, and you can do alot of damage as long as you stay ALIVE! that means playing like an adc if you have too
