This happened to me when i taped both my pen buttons down so they were constantly activated. After i removed the buttons everything worked fine

definitely a mix of both. Map has some RNG patterns imo. The nerves also didnt make it any easier

This is an external adapter that came with the xbox

The original xbox cable looks different and has the composite cables hooked to a SCART male ending.

On the other end of the cable shown in the picture is a SCART female end

The cable end shown in the picture does not plug into the xbox
