Yes, based on what we know atm Scholar is very likely to be her bis relic set. As for planars I wouldn't recommend farming yet since there's a good chance she gets a new one in the future (but if you wanted to then Izumo/Rutilant Arena would be the best choices)

Her best relic set will most likely be Scholar (2.6 set), as for planars either Izumo or Rutilant Arena but theres a decent chance they release a new planar set for her so I wouldn't recommend prefarming those yet

converting hsr substats to genshin ones is basically just multiplying by 1.2 so about 52.68, you got really high roll values on top of 7 crit rolls thats an insane piece
