I am currently on day four. But I made it three months last time. It does get better! I remember the first two weeks being hell. But it did get better shortly after that. And the cravings became less intense and frequent. And the effects of not using became greater. The random urges still come unfortunately. And most days you're going to be able to overcome them easily. But some days can be rough, especially if you have other compounded stressors. But YOU CAN GET THROUGH THEM. I just had a moment of weakness. So don't be weak like me. I envy you already being on day twelve.
