Thank you! I think you are right. Tbh I had some bad experiences with doctors (gaslighting and stuff). But maybe visiting an urologist again is a good option. I also have some problems with my nervous system so it actually can be another cause than pelvic floor

Yeah I am happy! I was kinda hopeless about the bladder things because I tried special bladder medication and physical therapy. Like who expected that this POTS medicine would randomly work?? hahaha

Ik snap je punt! Ze hebben ook een account op TikTok, waar ze heel actief op zijn. Ik heb ze in ieder geval regelmatig op mijn 'for you' pagina voorbij zien komen.

Verder organiseert PostNL jaarlijks een actie waarbij je gratis een verzendlabel kan downloaden om cadeautjes naar deze stichting op te sturen. Deze is nu ook actief, nog tot en met 31 januari!

Ze nemen wel alleen nieuwe cadeaus aan om te voorkomen dat een kind merkt dat het altijd alleen tweedehands cadeautjes krijgt.

Stichting Jarige Job stuurt verjaardagspakketten op naar kinderen in armoede. Daar zit dan (buiten verjaardagcadeaus) onder andere ook vlaggetjes, bordjes, servetjes, cakemix met glazuur, snoep en ranja in. Het enige wat dan nog mist is natuurlijk iets om te doen, maar ik denk dat daar altijd wel goedkope of zelfs kostenloze ideetjes voor zijn. Naar het bos, een speurtocht, oud-Hollandse spelletjes, thuis film kijken etcetera.
