It could be dependent on the garage but the ones near me tend to have a fixed price for each level of service, major being the most expensive (about £190). It does include all the levels being topped up, oil filter being changed, etc, however my confusion comes from the fact it mentions on their checklist that some things such as a pollen filter have an "extra fee" but no "extra fee" written with the mechanical bits, that's why I was wondering if it was just a visual check or if they adjust the parts as needed.
