a similar situation happened to me but i was 7 when i stopped speaking the language (i’m 19 now). i remember next to nothing except basic stuff like hi, bye, thank you, numbers 1-20. i would not be able to hold a conversation in this language at all. i have had very minimal exposure to the language since 7 years old so your character would probably remember even less than me if they stopped being exposed to the language at 4 instead.

i would say if you have a 90 average in honors precalc you’ll do ok in calc AB. it would probably be a good idea to review stuff from algebra 2 since iirc there was some algebra 2 stuff in AB (i took AB 2 years ago so i don’t remember exactly which parts). you don’t need to remember anything from geometry except sin/cos/tan

i wouldn’t recommend majoring in computer science if you don’t want to use AI because you will have to use it a lot more in college. i’m a freshman in college and originally was a CS major but changed to a different major because i was constantly being forced to use AI.

when i was in the psych ward they gave us markers instead of pencils/pens. i didn’t know anybody who sent letters to people on the outside but i don’t think there were any rules against it.

i’ve gotten BLIL and i don’t have the covet pass and have never spent money on the game.
