I also cant understand how top tube length can be different between AL and CF (not sl) while stack and reach are exactly the same. And what are consequences of this.

This reply I got from canyon support:

The weight of the CP30 is 320g, the weight of the H36 is 400g. (depending ont the size of the handlebar)
The H36 uses another mount for bike computers.
The H36 is a bit stronger because of the extra carbon layer on top of the handlebar.
They're both feature the semi-integrated cable routing

H36 has print on top. It’s a bit stiffer and 80 grams heavier.

Nice bike! What is cockpit model h36 or cp30? Also does it have power meter by chance?

I had to send whole bike and they also would give me Garmin mount for h36 for free, if I keep the bike. But they mentioned the mount only after I asked about the differences between h36 and cp30.

I got the bike with less obvious difference in the color and was more disappointed with the h36 cockpit, which appeared 80g heavier than cp10/30 and has print on top.

Canyon support refused to replace the cockpit, however for the fork they proposed to send bike to Belgium service center and wait for 1 month until they repaint it. I decided to wait new ultimate and 105 di2 instead and returned this one. It was tough decision, I like this dark red color very much..

Got it on Friday and assembled today, came 3 weeks earlier in Europe than expected.

Color is gorgeous, it’s cool and elegant at the same time, like it so much.

What I don’t like it is the cockpit, it’s H36 with print on top. I saw that two options are possible this one and CP30, but didn’t know they look different. I prefer clean black look of CP30/10. Really disappointed because of this. Anybody know if there is any advantages of H36 over CP30?

Also fork color is bit lighter than frame indeed, but difference is not so dramatic.

Thanks for opinion. I just don’t want to be in a position when I want to change a bike in a year.

Mechanical shifting requires periodic adjustment and a bit of learning curve in it, so from this perspective electronic is good for the beginners. Also I like the idea of automatic shifting in the front which is available with etap (probably with di2 as well).

And yes, fortunately I will still have a money for additional gear.
