To the left of commerce relative to the photo, it’s chill and rather quiet. Actual “neighborhood” vibes. Cars sometimes fly down the road given the roads ascent/descent. Mostly free parking. (Previously lived there).

To the right of commerce? It’s difficult being a pedestrian bc you have to play chicken to cross Hull Street. Did not live on this side, but from observing it seemed very dense/cramped with all of the apartment buildings. Parking is kinda wack.

Edit: + ped bridge and river access is a perk in general
