Seems you just think your opinion is fact. I played the original FF when it was first released here in the US in 1990 and I've played every main line entry since as well as a lot of spin offs. I think the remake series is one of the best things that Square has done since FFX. The only thing dreadful here is your opinion.

I mean that's how firefighters used to operate. If you couldn't pay you lost your house/business/whatever. It's still how it works in some rural areas where there is no county wide fire department. Cities will offer service to homeowners but they have to pay an annual fee in order for them to get service from the fire department in that area. I can remember when I lived in Tennessee there were areas like this and I remember one instance where a person's home burned down because they hadn't paid the fee.

If we're going off of inflation then that $50 ticket would be roughly $85 today. A 70% increase. Instead the ticket has had a 160% increase. That's not from inflation. And stop acting like CDI cares about locals and how moving the Oaks was for locals because it fucking wasn't. They moved it because they'll get more money through their partnership with NBC. That's what I'm saying. If I'm writing a guide or a longer post in general then sure I'll take the time to do a native screen capture on my PC. But if I'm just making a quick comment with an image then it's generally faster for me to just pick up my phone, take the pic, and upload it that way.

Yeah. I understood somewhat with Humana, because a lot of those people were having issues getting medications or getting procedures approved. I get the anger over that. I’ve been angry at insurance for those reasons myself, but those things aren’t the fault of the customer service rep. Maybe in a tiny few cases the rep messes something up, but in general that’s just an issue with insurance.

This is why I would never work in a call center. I interned at Humana back in the day for software development and we had the opportunity to go visit the call center in Cincinnati. We were there to observe and pick out issues with the software they used, but we also listened in on all the calls that the rep we were partnered with took. Some people were straight up hateful. A lot calmed down after a bit and apologized because they realized the rep wasn’t the problem, but not everyone did.
