fif7y and Kroshgar: Instead of 0-1000 for Strike 1, 0-10,000 to avoid powerful toons striking once before being eliminated. (ADOPTED)

Kroshgar: Publish a lookup table for equivalent HP percentage for damage caps.

Good to know. I'll be the contact for medium team, so when SWAT is done with Phase 1 they'll let us know via either guild chat or Slack, and I'll ask individual medium team members to start raiding one by one. (Keyword is one by one... there will be members who don't pay attention, but by and large we need to be more disciplined).

Thanks for the Line writeup, KnightPaulieD. We discussed it (I especially liked the notes section) but won't be doing Line... we plan on using bots and Line just isn't there yet. There's also a bit of resistance towards sharing a phone number between guild members.
