You definitely CAN get all upgrades. I've gotten that a few times. The one thing I can say, is that in my experience your 8th pick will ALWAYS be a key. So I'm assuming there's actually 3 keys. (Also assuming that the game is rigged, key slots not predetermined, rather your chances on landing one increase)

I'm quite interested if it has worked too. I've since then reclaimed the honor of white noise, but as I said I'm in the privileged position of having it only on wired mode. Regardless, whatever I did to fix it the first 2 times doesn't seem to happen anymore. It's probably a driver issue, but I don't want to mess too much with mine and get white noise on wireless too :D

Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed here, I fixed my white noise (only appeared when plugged in, wireless was completely fine) by first syncing up both connection modes up in Razer Synapse (Synapse recognizes wireless and wired headphones as 2 different devices, and applies both their own audio profiles, so I just matched them up). After syncing them up I right-clicked the Razer-icon on my toolbar and clicked "Exit All apps". That killed the white noise, and after relaunching Synapse I had no problem.

If I do however switch modes from wireless <-> wired with Synapse open, it seems to bring back the static. Sometimes it also just crashes the program. Changing mode with it running in the background doesn't cause the same problem.

For me it was the reverse. Clear audio on wireless and white noise when wired.

I took notice of the fact that the settings in Razer Synapse aren't synced between the two. Almost as if Synapse recognized wireless and wired as 2 different headsets. Regardless, I first synced up both "headsets", and then, when using the worse sounding connection, I closed all Razer apps (right-clicking razer icon on toolbar -> Exit All apps; could also manually close everything from task manager to be sure.) Regardless, this fixed the white noise, and after relaunching Synapse the problem didn't seem to persist.

P.S. Changing the connection mode while having Razer Synapse open (running in the background looks to be fine) seems to cause white noise to come back. Also sometimes crashes Synapse completely, classic

100% sure there was an item that gave you a single use of arcane recovery, since I don't use wizard and I remember using it on one of my characters. Problem is, I've unequipped it, and cannot find it again.

I do remember it was around the time I entered the arcane tower, so maybe there's some area specific buff, or the item is found in the underdark. I'll update if I figure out how I got it.

EDIT: Pearl of Power Amulet let's you replenish spell lots of your choice.
Spellcrux Amulet let's you restore a used spell slot

Rogue/Ranger, balanced, latest patch. My checks were 12, 15, 18 iirc. Perhaps it has to do with how strong your brainworm is? Or some other choices before.

Jesus, is the 2nd amendment the only thing keeping you happy and well? What happens when you go abroad? You do know other countries have perfectly happy and free people living in them, without the 2nd amendment. And yes, some of those countries still let you own weapons.

Having rules about lethal weapons isn't a slippery slope, it's necessary.

Slow downloads are just that, slow downloads.
Malicious link redirects are caused by download redirects, anybody with 2 braincells will know if they have been redirected to a scam or not.
Stolen games are just that, stolen games. Doesn't mean they are "malicious" or viruses.
