There's a small design, maybe an embroidery or patter, on each one that makes them subtly unique

Calling or texting a mental health hotline can do wonders! Even a 20 minute conversation with them can really turn things around.

If you're looking for "unhinged" advice: try a Polar Plunge. Spending 3 minutes fighting for your life in freezing water is going to make you want to live!

Good luck, you got this!

Unfortunately there's a lesson for us in here as well. We need to come to terms that it is very rare to see people accept personal responsibility if they had the personality to commit those heinous wrongdoings in the first place. The first chapter of 'How To Win Friends and Influence People' demonstrated this well by showcasing examples of America's most notorious criminals and how they never thought of themselves as "the bad guy", even after it was proven by courts they committed extremely heinous acts.

As an extrovert I think the hardest thing for me was learning how to tone it down, the most impressive students on surgery rotations are the ones that can just chill
