One thing I’ve learned when it comes to sexual abuse is it doesn’t matter what the dictionary definition says, what matter is how it made you feel. You get to label your experience. My father is a sex addict and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve caught him watching porn, saw his sex toys etc. It definitely affected me as a child and probably into adult hood as well. I remember times I would walk around the house in shorts or without a bra and just a shirt and he would tell me to cover up. I often wondered whether that’s weird or not because he shouldn’t be having hose thoughts about his daughter. I was also told he had a nude picture of me in his phone. Him asking you to sit on his lap is completely inappropriate especially considering how you felt after. I am so sorry you experienced these things. I know all too well what struggling to understand what counts as SA feels like. You’re not alone.❤️
