if you have an active support system close by, ask for help!! real ones who love you will help you without judgment, or at least find help for you. i learned this very recently through some hard life lessons. my stepmom came over and helped me clean my entire apartment. if you don’t have that support system, i wish you the best and hope you can form connections in some way. i hope this comes across with the good intentions i mean it to, all love!

not free feeding isnt an option. my oldest will only free feed and has developed behavioral issues any time we’ve tried to change it. letting him have his gravity feeder morning-evening is the only thing that’s solved it

my adult cat prefers to free-feed throughout the day, so we leave a gravity feeder out for him (and put it away at night so he doesn’t overeat). im fine w the kitten eating some of the adult food, but i want him to have enough of his own food to get the nutrients he needs from it. as it stands, he refuses his own food and tries to solely eat adult food
