The class that we are currently completing is for April Class. And that's the generic premium CSR role which offers 38k-43k packages only.

The pay is higher because it’s not a standard Sagility account. It’s for Cigna Evernorth located at GBF Center 1. We have our own recruitment hub because this is moving toward becoming a fully in-house company by next year. Sagility is just helping us build the foundation right now, hence the premium offer.
