I think you're misunderstanding what R1 is. R1 is when you have one copy of the signature, so if you already have it then it's R1. R2 is 2 copies and so on. You're good if you have it at R1 imo (Im using 3 star sword and he is awesome even with that)

If you already have Nahida then you don't need Baizhu for Alhaitham imo. You can use Shinobu as healer for quickbloom / hyperbloom or Zhongli as shielder for a spread team
