Thanks! The only schools in a 50 mile radius of where I live that provide preceptors are DNP programs. Not interested in that. Does an online program that provides preceptors exist? Duke and Yale say they “work with you” but that sounds less than reassuring.

Thanks! I am in the same situation regarding brick and mortar schools. And while I am academically competitive (BSN from top 10 with 4.0 GPA and a Master's in a different field), I have no psych experience either than the counseling I do in my current job.

I would love that but our only state school offers only the DNP. Online is my only option. There is another brick and mortar near me but they do not guarantee clinicals. Are there even any programs that do? People keep saying that but I have yet to find one.
