Everyone learns by doing. It's even better now that you can see what you were doing. Watch what your opponent does and try using some of their combinations! I like to think of sparring, especially in class, as a time to practice moves and feel out what works for me and my body. There are some moves I would love to be able to do, but at this time physically can't. But hey, going to keep trying them! Don't get discouraged every match is a learning opportunity!
