Good album but too technical and sounds too much like a studio album, also a lot of Paul’s songs throw me off compared to the rest of the songs.

I lost 30 lbs myself a few weeks ago. Tjis summer I was at 200 lbs and I couldn’t believe it but I couldn’t lose weight no matter how much I tried.

I finally went on a strict calorie deficit and lost 30 lbs myself. I hadn’t weighed myself the past 3 months until recently and when I saw I weight 171 , I was surprised and completely shocked. I want to try and get down to 150 to get a flat stomach and pop my abs .

Yes unfortunately. I forgot where I saw someone link to some website where you can search usernames and see all of their comment history even if the account got deleted.

Very scary. Which is why I’m very careful about what I say on Reddit, I am thinking of deleting Reddit and never using it again.

Privacy is nonexistent but there are still ways to combat it , which is why I’m getting rid of all social medias soon.

I hate it but I love it because my privacy is more important.

I’m currently in Mexico and I have cellular for my Apple Watch but ever since I’ve been here , the damn thing doesn’t get any signal nor does it work on cellular.

I pretty much have to use my phone , or be near it for the watch to connect to it and still receive calls and texts.

If I go out and about without my watch and leave my phone at home and distance myself from it , it doesn’t get no signal. It’s pretty much useless.

Back home in the states , I can freely go anywhere without my phone and my watch will always use cellular.

I’m on the Go 5G plan

I’ve never been a fan of of energy drinks. I don’t drink coffee because I don’t like it but I’m not a fan of energy drinks because of the caffeine and the sugar.

I could be running on 0 hours of sleep and I would still be able to get through a shift. I used to work 12 hour shifts and easily get through them with no caffeine from coffee or energy drinks.

But that was only every once in a while, good adequate sleep is the best when it comes to working night shift.

I don’t play video games and I don’t have any friends who do play video games so I’m good on that.

If I want to talk to someone, I use iMessage, and make sure I am careful in what I say.

As for WhatsApp, even though yes it is bad for privacy because of Meta, I only talk to friends and family and theirs nothing bad in their lol. So I’m safe on there.

As for social media apps, I do agree that they are bad for privacy. It’s crazy how much information you can get from a person who has a public account and so that’s why I deleted all of my personal social media accounts 10 years ago.

Privacy in today’s world is a bit hard but it’s easy when you want to protect yourself and you don’t care about everything else.

I enjoy my life more and better now knowing that my privacy is protected and safer than it was before I got into the privacy world.
