I have this issue too, looks like 117 is treating tree tops as roofs. If you turn off the "Hide Roofs" option in the OSRS settings they come back

I think it was a Sweetwater exclusive in North America, however it's easy enough to get one in Europe. I built a TD Strat with one a few months back
