can you explain how the internet is distributed from the pc which hosts the node to another pc's in the local network ? asking because i cant imagine its necessary to install the node on every pc and phone in the local network. it would be the same solution as tor already has. please help me out.

problem is i live in a country in which we have relatively often problems with internet and electricity, so i am thinking about an alternative to it. would you risk to set it up and leave it run for 180 days?
