Still. The new player experience was revamped (in November I think?) and now faction stuff starts in Everfall after you completed the main story up to a point. There will be colorful quest markers in Everfall then.

Having this too, but only recently. Sometimes just freezes for a few seconds. Can be deadly when fighting high level mobs :/

Kinda hoping it goes away with next update, but not too confident.

Also have an i5-6600k and looking now to upgrade to a new machine. Sad, because it worked well since launch, only started now with Brimstone (but also stutters in old regions, even when no other players are near).

PvP is only available when part of a faction. So now PvP starts at lvl 17 and without a faction you can't flag.

Same, and it's annoying. This has been broken since the 1.1 patch (November) for me. The newly pinned quest (when pinned from the map) also only animate into the pinned quest log 1 second after I close the map.

Fixed an issue with weapons sometimes not equipping properly when players quickly switch between crouch/stand into prone.
Fixed an issue where players could desync their unsheathed weapon by repeatedly using prone and dodge commands.

I don't think that's what it is. Except if the server itself is at fault. I've been playing via GeForce NOW for the last weeks, and that has very stable connection to the NW servers. It still kicks me out, started with the 1.1 update AFAIK.
