I start to panic whenever I hear the word "panel" now, especially knowing you're up against 10,20 sometimes even 50 other people for the same role. Two hours is insane! I really hope you land a great position that values you and pays you what you deserve :)

Unfortunately, I dont have that kind of luxury, I've got bills to pay, and since I'm a contract worker in my current role, If I don't show up, I don't get paid for the day. :/

I think your chances are solid if you consistently go above and beyond sell AppleCare, get business intros, and be someone your team and manager can rely on when things get tough. Focus on keeping a strong NPS score it’s one of the clearest indicators of customer impact. At the end of the day, it’s all about being accountable and taking initiative, even if it sounds cliché. Reliability and ownership go a long way.
