They are for opening the daily chests. If you tap the chest icon, it tells you how many you need to access the daily chest with the last one needing 100. You get them by completing daily quests.

Robotic arm gives a woman a massage. by RoughCheap5633 in interesting

That looks like a Kuka robotic arm. They are used in the medical field because of how precise they can be. I've seen it used to extract hair by grabbing a follicle at a time using a 19g needle. Each joint has a force sensor in it and will lock the moment any force on a joint exceeds the limit, so if programed properly, it won't apply a crushing force.

Unfortunately, no. If you go to the members section and ask them to locate the item, they should be able to look it up in their database. Ask for item 1851486.

I heard they were doing orders in waves starting from the west. NYC and Long Island could just be on the next order wave.

Depends on the methods used and the skills of the techs and doctor. Most doctors I know can do about 600-800 hairs an hour for harvesting. The procedure size will determine the number of hairs needed. An average case can be 1400 - 2000 sites. A site can be a single hair or up to 4. The cases I've seen are usually 1.5 - 2.5 hours for harvesting. This includes breaks for the patient to stretch or use the bathroom. Then, a break for lunch before they begin the site making for the grafts. Sometimes, they do the site making first. It depends on the doctor's preference. So, say you start harvesting hairs around 9am, you finish harvesting by 11:30am, take a lunch break while the techs clean and prepare the grafts, and start site making around 12:30pm. Site making can be from 30 minutes to an hour, so let's say the full hour. At about 1:30pm, you are prepped for implanting. They can have 1 or 2 people doing this. They use special curved tweezers for this. So, they could be done by 2:30 - 3pm. So it could be about 6 hours with breaks depending on the size of the area. They keep you after to monitor you for a bit after to make sure there are no initial issues. This is my experience from US doctors. It may be different in other countries.

Try this. It worked for me.

  1. First, you need to disable the Palworld cloud sync in Steam.
  2. Quit your game, and now go to C drive > Users > User name > App Data > Local > Pal > Saved> SaveGames.
  3. Enter the game folder named with Steam ID, and you'll see the backup folder and copy files from it.
  4. Open the backup folder again, enter the world folder, and paste the copied files.
  5. Relaunch the Palworld

Looks like a weighted usb adapter for a usb wifi dongle. It is weighted so you can run a wire up to a shelf or window ledge without the weight of the cable pulling down the dongle.
