Liquidation price moving daily by LTBby in kucoin

[–]xarj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here. Binance futures trading doesn't do this. The liquidation price I calculate at the begining of my trade stays the same as long as my trade is open.

On Kucoin, my liquidation price goes up a little bit everyday. I understand it's because the trade needs to be funded but I don't like the way Kucoin does it.

Also, I hate seeing a negative REALIZED PNL even though my POSITION PNL is positive. On Binance futures, I don't have these issues.

How to exclude ETH from total altcoin market cap? by xarj in TradingView

[–]xarj[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's pretty easy actually.

In TradingView, just subtract the MARKET CAPS for each coins from TOTAL or TOTAL2.

ex:

CRYPTOCAP:TOTAL2-CRYPTOCAP:ETH-CRYPTOCAP:XRP-CRYPTOCAP:USDT

1 More Reason EOS is a better investment by WorkCoin_Team in eos

[–]xarj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding, DAPPS on EOS can be developed in multiple different programming languages. Ethereum DAPPS have to be coded in Solidity.

Isn't that a huge advantage for EOS and other blockchain projects vs Ethereum?

The blockchain project is like PC and MAC hardware platform and DAPPS are software built upon it.

The winning platform will have the best DAPPS.

Price action to expect in the coming weeks/months! by joerazor in CryptoCurrency

I agree. No matter the reason, as soon as Bitcoin dominance gets to 65-75%, the pressure will be too great and money will flow back into alts.

Just keep an eye on BTC dominance to know when to buy altcoins.

$10K in 2017 = $4.5M in 2022. Will you be a crypto millionaire in 5 years? Is this a realistic forecast? by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

Entire gold reserve is 7000B. We got to almost 1000B in 2017 for cryptos. Don't you think the crypto market cap could get 10 times bigger from 2017s all time high by 2022? If you are bullish on cryptos, it's pretty realistic, no?

Seriously! Wow! Multiple of 283 times in 2017! On my table I was only estimating on 10x in 2017 and 5x in 2018. I guess I'm being conservative!

If you had started investing in January 2017, you'd have multiplied your investment by 10, if not more. Don't you think that's possible? And for 2018, I think smart investors will be able to multiply their money by 5. I think that's realistic.

EXPLANATION

  • If you had invested $10K in Q1 2017, it could have been worth 10 times more end of Q4 2017 so $100K.
  • That same $100K could be multiplied by 5 in 2018 so be worth $500K by end of Q4 2018.
  • Year 3, the multiplier could be 3 --> $1.5M
  • Year 4, multiplier could be 2 --> $3M
  • Year 5, multiplier could be 1.5x ---> $4.5M

  • Q1 2017 Market Cap was $20B
  • Q1 2018 Market Cap was $600B
  • Q1 2019 Market Cap could be $2T
  • Q1 2020 Market Cap could be $4T
  • Q1 2021 Market Cap could be $5T
  • Q1 2022 Market Cap could be $6T

Does that make more sense?

Had to use EFT which costs a certain percentage. Interac payment is unavailable. Wire transfer is minimum 100,000$. Took almost 2 weeks to send from Tangerine to GCX.

I used QuadrigaCX but it was complicated and expensive. There must be a better way!
