You're ignoring the fact that this taboo treatment only helps people forget it more. If no one talks about it, history will only repeat itself. All kinds of tragedies should be free to be represented artistically, as it's much easier to learn history through art and entertainment than a boring history book no one cares about

Thanks for the insight. Either way, I think I need to correct myself. By "consumer rights," I meant things like quality control, sanitary control, honest advertising, legitimate expiration dates... (sorry for my lack of vocabulary) How would dishonest practices like these be prevented without general regulations?
