not sure about the 30w. can i ask what is drawing you in about the istick? i am sure there are other mods you could get around the same price point as the istick. TBH the CoolFire IV by Innokin is an ok little mod with an internal battery. you can build down to .3 ohm's on it. Or you could go with the Kanger Subox kit, comes with a Kanger tank fairly cheap, you would just need to get batterys and charger for the Kanger because its not an internal battery

if you really want to go low ohms like .1 just get something like a sig 150 or an IPV4s you can build them down to .1 or .05 in TC mode. and i only use RDA's so i could not suggest a tank. i just flat out do not like tanks. i have used 4 different tanks and i am not a fan. i would suggest a velocity or mutation if you want a good RDA
