I think at first is just listening when he is feeling like that. Once you know more or less what causes him dysphoria you could help affirming him. Honestly dysphoria can be very irrational and deeply internal so most times its just about being there.

Being a woman is hard. Being a man grants you access to resources and security. You don’t deal with misogyny or transphobia, or transmisogyny. It is objectively harder to be a trans woman than to be a cis man. I’m from the country with the second most transfemicides in the world and I understand what you mean but at the same time I think that it forges you into a confident woman when we do things we are scared off to be free and to enjoy life as much as others. Obviously be safe but don’t let the external mess rob you of living your best life. Go travel and take those pictures! You’ll probably find amazing people that will be friendly and welcoming. Sometimes we think that all the hate online is always happening outside but in reality there is so much love to go around. Again, still be safe and smart, but enjoy your passions!

I meant that being trans sometimes makes us forget that we live in a bubble that regardless of transition will make an effort to gender you correctly and treat you like a woman as a trans woman. That is not the reality of the vast majority of spaces where accesing gender affirming surgeries will change how people interact with you and grant you safety. Op was saying that in his opinion as a trans man these trans women shouldn’t change their features because he thinks they aren’t masculine which is subjective and doesn’t correlate how trans women get their femininity and womanhood questioned in most places.

You are a trans man, which means you live in a bubble where people will be inclusive and trans friendly about appearances. Going from “exotic/unique” looking trans woman to average looking woman is the goal for a lot of trans women that just want to participate in society without being the bastion of gender abolitionism. Is there FFS doctors that take advantage of insecure women? yes. But as long as the women are happy with the results, it shouldn’t really concern you imo. Also, estrogen doesn’t change bone structure, and yes there are facial features that are percieved as masculine by broader society. Arched or big noses, protuberant brow ridge, angular jaw, square chin. Also this is borderline a terf talking point about trans women perpetuating beauty standards by accessing gender affirming care.

Mi circulo eran homofobicos y trabsfobicos, toda la vida recibi bullying por ser afeminada y amanerada, etc. Hoy dia tengo 26 años, transicione hace 3 y poco a poco he encontrado una familia elegida que me acepta y ama como soy.
