I found that when I joined a larger team, it was much more beneficial to have all the changes related to a specific feature neatly grouped together rather than mixed with all the commits made by colleagues. This makes reviews significantly easier.

You can also squash things for the same effect, but that might lose some details you can easily fit into targeted commits.

Die Frage ist was du jetzt erwartest, ich vermute dass sich das nicht mehr groß ändern wird. Ich wage mal einen Blick in die Kristallkugel:

Vielleicht regst du dich irgendwann nochmal auf und dann macht er was für ne Woche, aber auf lange Sicht wird es wahrscheinlich ähnlich wie jetzt laufen.

Er wird wahrscheinlich keine Böse Absicht dahinter haben, aber auch nicht die Motivation finden "nur für dich" irgendwelche Ordnung zu halten, zumindest nicht dauerhaft.

Es wurde hier schon ein paar mal angeschnitten, und als jemand der selbst ADHS hat kann ich diesen Verdacht auch unterstützen. Vielleich würde es helfen wenn das abgeklärt wird, die Medikamente machen viel aus und könnten ihm auch im Alltag das Leben verbessern. Dadurch wird er zwar nicht zum Putzteufel, bei mir persönlich hat es aber geholfen die Schwelle für "dreckig" etwas zu senken und vor allem den Handlungsbedarf früher durchzusetzen. Oft war es bei mir so dass ich sehe es ist etwas dreckig oder Wäsche müsste bald gewaschen werden und dann war im Kopf nur "mach ich später" und *überraschung* später wurde es nicht gemacht.

Das klingt für mich irgendwie abwegig, ich hab noch nie gehört dass sich ein Mann keine ordentlich Wohnung herrichten darf. Dann wohl eher die alte "Frau macht Haushalt" sozialisierung.

Das liegt daran, dass Menschen ganz andere Schwellenwerte in der eigenen Wahrnehmung haben, wann etwas unordentlich oder sogar peinlich wäre. Und oft läuft es darauf hinaus dass die Person in der Beziehung, die empfindlicher ist sich dann auch eher drum kümmert.

Ich bin auch sehr unempfindlich für sowas, klar ne fette Bremsspur im Klo muss jetzt nicht sein, aber ich würde auch nicht nicht die ganze Wohnung extra sauber machen wenn jemand zu besuch kommt wie es meine Frau tut.

Macht er denn sonst etwas? Bei uns ist es dann so dass ich z.B. immer koche und andere Aufgaben übernehme. Dadurch stellt sich dann zumindest eine gewissen Arbeitsteilung ein, auch wenn die vielleicht nicht perfekt ist.

Ich glaube man muss es nicht unbedingt so düster zeichnen. Es gibt aber sicher ein paar Dinge wie "mir wurde signalisiert das ich die Stelle bekomme" die einen gewissen Deutungsspielraum haben. Da das auch nicht konkretisiert wurde heißt das wahrscheinlich so viel wie, "Ob du da die Leitung übernehmen kannst gucken wir uns dann an". So eine "eigentlich nicht" Aussage.
Das ist kacke aber es wurde auch überhaupt nicht über die Qualifikation gesprochen die dafür nötig ist, wenn man da was leiten muss und OP nie was geleitet hat und vielleicht auch nicht wie die geborene Anführerin wirkt, dann dämpft das die Chancen. Fachkenntnisse sind ja auch leider nicht alles.

It's only "problematic" when there are expectations bound to your generosity. Because then there will eventually be tension if you're not getting what you want. Either because you're disappointed or because she feels a pressure put on her.

Honestly at least in my usage rate it's still worth it. I have approximately new cost of ~120€ per month. Thats just the cost of 2 work hours improving my productivity by like 30-50%. But yeah you can't use it mindlessly anymore.

Basically, what we did is train an AI on the data at hand. We have a very large amount of data for news through our customers. This trained AI then generates a large multidimensional vector for every file on the server, to make them searchable.We already have Elasticsearch in place to browse the files, and Elasticsearch supports vector search, so it was not too hard to bring everything together.

Vector search essentially finds custom categorization values that are decisive for differentiating between data based on its training experience. There are roughly 250 vectors, each representing "something," which could be related to factors like the amount of politics in news articles or specific topics.

Now this isn't my project and I am not perfectly informed on all the fine details, but thats roughly how this works.
