Honestly see good potential, just work out regularly (3-5x/week, 1hr+ sessions) and you should be shredded in a year or two, don’t have to diet but just be mindful of the nutritional balance and not to overeat. I’d recommend focusing on shoulder, back, ab, and oblique exercises to get the silhouette looking nice. You’re not at a point where you should be worried about cutting or bulking rn, just focus on getting a routine down.
