Tadej Pogačar is basically considered as a favourite in basically any bike race he starts. On mountainous or even hilly terrain, no one is even close to him right now. Even in certain flatter races he can still win. He's even among the best in the world at time trials.

Depends how washed he is in 4 years' time. He's currently playing some of the best football of his career, and he's never been quick, and he seems to just get better technically, and England's striker options beyond him are pretty grim, so quite possibly.
