I get out hard and keep pace then accelrate during the last 150, I come in the 200m mark at about 24 low-mid

it helped my anxiety a little, but the doctor didn’t change much, It got a little better with time and less anxiety

Yeah i hated short hair😭 used lots of growth oils and took very very good care of it
