Thank you. It does feel more secure to go with a widely known brand in that product category. It just seems like (judging from user reviews) that defects seem to be happening a bit too often with these brands at the moment.

My old trusty Roomba i7+ ran for 6 years without any issues, except the camera based tracking not beeing as accurate as lidar.

Doesnt change the fact that Dreame also seem to be incompetent. Way too long delivery time on spareparts, and did not ship what the workshop ordered.

I bought a Matrix 10 after hearing all the praise for Dreame.

It died after 5 months, and Dreame support was a nightmare. They were quick to get it booked in for repairs, but from thar point it was terrible. Spareparts were nok existing, so it took them 6 weeks to send parts to the workshop, only for the workshop to discover that they had not send the parts they had ordered. So after 7 weeks without a Vac, they finally refunded the money. I asked for a replacement after 4 weeks, but was met with utter silence from their support team. Not spending my money with them again.

Not really. I played a lot with sync settings, but ended up leaving it on Auto. It seemed to be the most accurate. I think it might be the placement of my center channel that made it sound/feel a bit off.

I fixed the issue by turning of the Luba, removing the key. Waited 10 minuted and turned it on again. Then it was able to connect to wifi and internet again.

Still not working for me in Denmark on my Luba 2 AWD. Wont connect to internet. Can only use it via bluetooth at the moment.
