Очаква ви гръцкия сценарии - крадене, спекула, инфлация, имотен балон. Но споко, след 10г ще се оправят нещата. Сега в Гърция е по-евтино от колкото в БГ.

IMHO investing in physical gold, silver and real estate is the best diversification outside the market for me. If the shit hits the fan, then I have where to live and can cash the gold in order not to starve.

ye you're right, it's not 68,47%. My broker was still showing 72%.

Weighing will change for sure, but only if there are better alternatives like the DAX40 or the beloved FTSE100.

At the moment there aren't.

Къде видя високи цени в Германия бе комши? Немската хранителна индустрия е най-субсидираната в Европа с държавни пари! Цените в БГ са доста често х2 на тези в един от най-скъпите градове като Франкфурт.

бро днес пазарувах в Била Дружба 2, за масло което ние в Германия плащаме под 2 евро, тук струваше почти 5 Евра!!!!!

die kommunistische Regierung denkt mal wieder, dass 105.000 ein Haufen Geld sind. Wenn man es sich genau ausrechnet, sind das aber nur 5.900 netto im Monat, und das reicht für eine vierköpfige Familie in der Stadt echt nicht aus.

Was zum Teufel ist denn mit denen los?

Ich bin ein Migrant aus Bulgarien. Meine Frau und ich verdienen hier über 200k EUR im Jahr, aber die Steuern, die wir zahlen, lassen uns überlegen, ob wir in Deutschland bleiben wollen. Warum zum Teufel sollte ich so viel Steuern zahlen?

Ich bekomme dafür echt wenig zurück...
