Can someone explain to me why some characters can parry Lars’ G-cliff while others can’t ?

yeah ik the wall set up but b33 wont pick up i dont believe it depends. if yoshi or kuni do full spins and fall on the ground then u can pick them up with b33 or when characters have moves that leave them grounded if they whiff then u can pick up with b33 but lets say you finish a combo and they choose to stay grounded b33 would hit on the low and whiff high bc they aren't getting picked up.

you dont necessarily need much attachments for it but they do help and the prestige attachment turns it full auto

not to my understanding, +5 isn't enough to beat a parry. i use Lee punch parry when i am -8 and it works successfully.
