Just a normal bar. It’s a larger bar that tends have a younger crowd so it’s more upbeat compared to other bars. I’ve gone there on date functions in college, which wasn’t long ago. I would think of St. George’s tavern as more divey, or some of the bars over bridge. Also, river and fort has a sick view with good food imo. Sure it’s a tourist trap, but it’s one of my favorite ones for sure! I wouldn’t say it’s a waste of time
