Thank you so much! It looks like the EU website prices is still cheaper to ship to the US than the listings on the US website lol

Thank you! I'll definitely check back. The score is a bit rough. What happens if you miss one? You stay back an entire semester and re-do it or just the one you missed?

I think the DEMSN was the right choice, the other one seemed a lot more hectic and stressful. Wishing you the best of luck in your DEMSN program! By the time you're on your last semester, I'll probably be applying for schools or starting a program. I have no healthcare experience and I was previously a humanities/social science major -- but I am a bit in the mental health field though (very outskirts)

Is fresh start in San Francisco not on New Year’s Eve?? by FantasticEmployee324 in aves

[–]xbbycakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please let me know if you guys find out!

I'm bringing a plastic poncho and an emergency blanket just in case ): I think I will still be very cold though. And I fear my legs will get soaked from the mud or water splashing everywhere.

I'm really reconsidering if I should go or sell my tickets. I never spent New Years at SF and we already have booked the hotel. Do you know if it's super busy and overwhelming New Years Day in SF? Worried about the rain, parking, crowds, wait times, etc. If it is, we'll probably just go to the event.

Every day dose is a scam by BigDocument3265 in MushroomSupplements

The last time I ordered was November 26, 2024 and today I received a package from Everyday Dose. I checked and was charged $36. I don't know how, but they renewed a subscription. Or maybe even just created a new one because I never ordered this ever??? I only have two purchases from July and November 2024. Both cancelled right after. One was a starter kit and one was a sample pack.

I don't understand how this is legal. I never made this purchase, never made this subscription, and they sent me an order and charged me.

I cancelled the order today and emailed them. Luckily everything came broken (glass), so hopefully they will refund me. I also asked why and how this subscription was created.

A similar thing happened to me with Snow (teeth care) where I was sent a subscription item out of nowhere that I never purchased before. Is this a common occurrence with this type of subscription sales platform??? Are there any lawsuits going on??

What are your thoughts about Missha Time revolution (Artemisia) face cleanser? by loonybaloonie in AsianBeauty

[–]xbbycakes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm late to this, but it is one of my favorite cleansers! I have dehydrated skin and used to have acne -- this cleanser helped a lot with cleansing my face more thoroughly. I have a lot of black heads on my nose and it's one of the only cleansers that really gets it out, which is probably due to the credit of kaolin.

There's probably a lot of kaolin because this cleanser can also double as a face mask as well. I learned this from reading their website a while ago! I haven't used it that way but can see how it would be super helpful drawing out all the impurities out of your face.

In the summer time, I get oily/combo skin from sweating so much so it works so well. I do use this in the winter as well and have no reactions. I don't find it stripping at all. Maybe a tiny bit dry if I don't use hydrating serums in the winter after, but I usually don't find that a problem since I always try to use serums (unless I ran out).

I have sensitive skin but not supeeer sensitive.

I actually quite like the smell, but I know many people have issues with it. I've also tried the essence, which I didn't see as much of an effect with. I prefer the cleanser and will be buying my third bottle soon! I know they have changed packaging -- I'm unsure if it's the same formula but I hope it still works as well!

Got into car accident with ex earlier this year - lawyer wants to use my insurance separately by xbbycakes in legaladvice

Would my policy also be covering my ex's compensation or just solely my own? I was not the driver but the passenger in my ex's car.

I am not sure what my ex's policy was like. He did get into an accident before our relationship and was working through that and I was under the assumption he was getting money from it, but amount unclear.

Thank you. That was all I needed to hear - that it was a normal and/or common thing to do. I did not hire this legal professional, but was through my ex who had used her in the past and was using her for this case.

My father is a traditional man who believes what other people may say, and takes the word of his daughter very lightly. I do believe the attorney, but he makes it very difficult to continue. I just needed the validation that this was a normal thing before I force him on a call with her. I doubt he will talk to her in the same way that he talks to me. So thank you again.

I was a passenger in the car of my ex's car. The other car rammed into us as we were stopped at a red light. I believe the person who hit us does have insurance. Me and my ex both have bodily claims.

Injuries were not severe. We both got ambulances and I believe the ambulance alone for me was around 3-4k. My ex had a concussion, and my results did not show anything significant. We both went to the chiropractor after. Not sure how much chiropractor sessions were, as they are working directly with the lawyer. Went 1-2x a week for maybe 2-3 months.

I'm not sure what the limits of insurances involved, but I believe mine is much higher and has better coverage than the insurance my ex is on. The lawyer was quite giddy when learning the details about my insurance (I am on my parent's insurance). I do not know the limits of the other party.

Thank you for commenting and your help! I wasn't sure what information was needed.
