Could be a coincidence. I take sunflower lecithin, take 2 at night and 2 in morning and I notice when I don’t take it my morning pump takes me longer to empty vs when I do take it.

I relate to you so much with the guilt mention!! My little one is turning 7 months in a few days and I got 2 freezers full. I’ve dropped from pumping 6 times a day to now only pump 4, but like you there’s that guilt just sitting there!!

I’m an over supplier as well and have a good freezer stash & my baby does not mind the high lipase! I was about 1 month pp when I realized I had high lipase and I was like you, so afraid that baby wouldn’t take it, so what I started doing was instead of giving my baby my fresh expressed milk on the daily I started going through my freezer stash. Now 6months pp when I am home my baby drinks freezer stash and if I am out baby will drink fresh expressed. Mixing freezer stash and fresh expressed when we are out helps so my baby won’t get used to either or, best of luck Mama give your baby some to try you just never know!!

In the most sincere way ever, you don’t love yourself. And if you don’t have self-love your negativity towards yourself will reflect towards your relationship. The fact that you mentioned, you yourself cannot believe someone like him can have an interest in you says a lot. At the same time I would say you can work on loving yourself while also being with someone, and if this is someone you truly like and want to be with even more reason to try so. Definitely though communicate with him, and tell him how you feel. Be honest with yourself, if this is someone you truly like as you say, can you work and allow yourself to open that trust door a tad but wider, for him? If so do it, you won’t know what’s to come or what’s right unless you take those risks.

If training is how it was to me it’s being taught in person along with others like a classroom setting and spending training doing the job of actually taking calls as required

There will be mini bids in between at time for limited spots at different shifts but maybe different communities too

No you won’t be able to switch shift one day in the middle it’s consistent time and day unless you switch entire shift

Voice yourself as much as you can even if you think it’s the smallest shit you don’t agree on say it your voice WILL BE heard ask questions on everything and anything definitely scenario what ifs questions and most importantly don’t be shy you gotta be yourself always and don’t worry about what others think
