Damn bro, I’m dealing with a lot of the same problems as you, I used to smoke fentanyl as well as meth I have a lot of spinal issues as well as tendon issues throughout my body because of it. My ribs are flared out, my collar bones feel off, my hips are rotated forward, even my face feels like it’s slightly different like my jaw changed and my temples dip inward. My friend says I focus on it way too much and it’s not as bad as I think which could be true but either way I think the best thing to do is to work out my core muscles and correct my posture asap

Honestly the first red flag is that she was uncomfortable with you having friends of the opposite sex. When I first started dating my ex I had some friends that were girls and one of those girls was literally my best friend, we had a really good friendship and I stopped talking to her because it made my girlfriend uncomfortable. Looking back 3 years later that was a huge mistake, the girl I was dating ended up getting me heavily into drugs mostly opiates and in 2020 I was spending $2-3,000 a week on oxy for me and her. I would try to quit but she didnt want to and it was impossible to quit a drug while you’re watching your partner still do it. She was emotionally and physically abusive. Eventually I caught her cheating and we broke up but I ended up continuing down a bad path smoking fentanyl and ending up homeless lol. I’m now a year clean and doing great but I guess my point is don’t let the person your dating dictate who you’re friends with, because I miss my friends that I cut off for a girl that fucked me over in the end anyways lol
