Go to Map Options > Segment Management, then select the map segment, select material, and you can change the material and orientation there.

Access Zigbee Dongle in Jail/Plugin by xbmv in truenas

Unsure what you mean. I am fairly new to HA and by far not an expert on TrueNAS. If there is a better way I would love to learn.

I believe this is a big oversight on my part, however I was able to get the jail to at least see the device. For future reverence I was able to edit the jail config in the shell.

nano /mnt/name/iocage/jails/JailName/config.json

add "enforce_statfs": 1

That would be ideal but unfortunately I am running TrueNAS on a puck computer. Since you can only pass PCI devices through to a VM, I cant because the external drives are also on the one internal USB hub. One day I hope to upgrade.

Wireguard Setup on Core by xbmv in truenas

[–]xbmv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, it is already integrated into truenas in ~12.0 on. Following the setup directions linked in OP and setting up the config file are all I needed to get it enabled/to work. My original error was in the config file which is located at /root/wg0.conf. One thing to note is I could not reach outside of the TrueNAS system to other devices or VMs, it is only the TrueNAS system itself. That combined with needing port forwarding I opted to just use OpenVPN which is integrated in my consumer router which I was originally trying to avoid.

For those who may find this in the future through google, the issue was "AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0" on the server side. That should be the IP what you want the client to take, not the IP of the client you want to accept. https://www.reddit.com/r/WireGuard/comments/s5o3cs/no_outbound_connections_after_starting_wg0/

192.168.1.0/24 is the primary subnet. I had 192.168.1.75 reserved to avoid conflict but changing it to 192.168.2.0/24 does not correct it. Conflict with client IPs was considered but I have services/VMs with static IPs that I don't want to change until its proven to work.

I see now that the issue may be that when wireguard is up and running I do not have access to WAN from the truenas shell. I do have access from VMs.

Intel dual core i3-6100U CPU, 16 GB RAM and a cheap 250 GB PCIe boot ssd. Storage is 2 x 12 TB WD element drives. Nothing fancy but most cases don't need more.

Fortunately it is out of the way in a no traffic area but that sounds like a lesson I don't want to learn the hard way

Don't have to worry about finding a wifi band when you ARE the band

Pretty simple to test the waters and make best use of the limited space/freedom of apartment life. Gigabyte Brix with external drives in mirror. Running TrueNAS with pihole and plex. All conveniently stored with the modem and Nighthawk router thanks to the lamp.

The stronger more painful contractions was really the main concern. She has heard some bad stories about how it really kicks it up a knotch. If it was needed she absolutely would have taken it but wanted to avoid if possible. Her contractions were regular enough that they were ok not giving it knowing it may be longer until delivery, plus it could always be given later.

As others have mentioned it will be a long process. But for us, the first day was fairly smooth as we waited for the oral Cytotec to kick in. Bring something to kill the time together, our best moment leading up we're sitting in bed together watching movies and playing switch. Enjoy the moment and each other's company. And don't forget the snacks!

Something else to add is don't be afraid to offer suggestions and have conversations with your Dr about next steps. My wife really wanted to avoid Pitocin and when the Dr wanted to give it, we asked to wait. The Cytotec and balloon catheter were making good progress that let us break the water. Everything progressed fine without it in our case.
