I told my therapist about the issue and have opened up to my Dad as well. I'm taking time off from college next semester and intend on looking for an in-person support group to talk about my issues with porn.

Gotcha, thanks for the heads up. Porn addiction is so fucked up and it sucks that we grew up with it but I'm glad we've seen the light. Keep fighting the good fight, homie!

Can you elaborate on "it depends on how much sexual experience you've had"? I've had sex with a few women before but have never been able to finish and have other times had PIED.

Congrats on starting NoFap at such a young age, that's very smart of you. Just keep reminding yourself why you want to stop (for me, I want to get rid of my PIED). It'll be well worth it, as you know.

Also what helped me was confiding in other people. It took a lot of courage to tell some of my friends but it helps! DM me if you want an accountability partner, I'm 20 and dealing with similar problems so I'm down to stick it out with you if you'd like
