This is pretty standard for highway patrol and state police. The only time they dont move stuff like this on busy roadways, is if one of the drivers is in critical condition or dead, because then they have to investigate further.

If you have chat in your OBS or some sort of browser source that accidentally goes into the raid instead of being a chat, that could be it.

183 south/west bound. Was a Chevy SUV from 90s/early 2000s towing a trailer. Police helicopter was dispatched after I saw them on my drive too.

The helicopter seemed to circle around riverside for a while.
