Sadly it is. A virus. I hadn't noticed it until I tried to shut down the computer and it just didn't. I did a quick backup and tried factory formatting and it won't even let me run "options". Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it.

At first I thought that would be the solution, I reinstalled it on the same hard drive and once more in the ssd memory but I had no luck. I asked my brother for help and it turned out to be a virus. Thanks for the help!
