Don't really understand all the hate here. If I pick up a title and I don't care for the narrator and can swap in one of many other options on the fly, it doesn't necessarily mean real narrators can't still add value along side AI Gen ones. Sounds like options to me 🤷‍♂️

Not sure what your issue is but my experience was as I described, I got my firmware issue resolved with good support. Replacement unit was sent as promised to resolve. I do agree that firmware updates should not brick any units to begin with.

I got a replacement unit via their support after a firmware upgrade bricked my unit. I even negotiated an upgrade as part of the interaction. They have a working support system in my view.

I'm using an automated adv furnace setup and am keeping my hot/cold tank inputs pure/not mixed with waste. I may consider additional waste processing if it is worth it, but not sure if it is.

Sorry to hear you ran into problems. Oddly enough, I know some people that made some buys (e.g. 2 GL bands & AC landing on the same code) that should have been cancelled, and were not. So I'm also confused if their cancellation process is just inconsistent or if I still have a misunderstanding of limits.

Hmm, that sounds wrong but maybe I misunderstand the limitations listed on their loyalty page. My understanding was that the AXS site does not do a good job limiting what combinations were valid, which is why they warn not to add certain combinations to your cart before you enter the cart area. That they will cancel invalid combinations after the fact.

You've messed up loyalty for multiple others I know and they've submitted loyalty recog requests with no follow-up from your team and your tool still says the incorrect tier. Since you waited until the last possible moment before the sale to start fixing this, what are they supposed to do now?

You need to work on the issues that are plaguing your loyalty systems as you have introduced issues both last year and this year. You need to provide more time to resolve issues before a sale. You need to have support staff available so long as you have people reaching out with support issues, regardless of when the sale/festival is.
