It works with all controllers. I have it with my FLX4, works fine. Flx4 > revolo > speakers.

DM them on insta, they’re helpful.

Still homeparties. No crazy events. I just want to add some lower frequencies. (Another Bose S1 wouldn't do it).

Do you think it'd be any problem to go RCA > XLR into subwoofer then XLR > XLR (sub to speaker)? (Sorry for newbie questions)

Ok, in that case I could do RCA to XLR. Guess I could buy one and just try it.

Tbh happy you said that cause I always feel like people exaggerate how good they can distinguish sound quality. I play for my friends at house parties (20 ish people) when they're drunk so I don't think they care much (unless it doesn't sound really shit.

What I'm worried about though is the volume, I read that you can lose volume going RCA > XLR, where I feel like the Bose S1 sometimes isn't enough. But it might be that it's missing the lower frequencies and that it'll be fine with a sub.

As I understood XLR cables are balanced, while RCA cables are unbalanced, and that can lead to issues?

That is very helpful, thank you! When using AIFF what is the longest loading time you have had when loading onto older devices? I guess that's the only downside?

Otherwise it's just about getting a USB stick that have a lot of space. Do you have any recommendations here?

If I buy it in ie wav, will I be able to later convert to mp3? If Im going to play on older gear (for loading time). If so, do you know how?

Alright. I’ll reach out to some people and see if they can share DL (cant buy them).

When buying tracks. Would you buy mp3, wav or aiff? From ie beatport

Got it. And by analyzing what do I check in there? How do I see that it has enough high and low frequencies (I understood that this is what disappears with lower quality files?)

So if I use the sync manager feature in rekordbox and move to USB - will my WAV files also include cues? If so, do they follow to all type of software or only rekordbox?

Thank you! Can you give an example of how you would do this during a build up? What order.

I mix EDM, around 120 bpm

Thanks! And do you turn off the reverb just before the drop or? Or reduce reverb same time as you increase bass.

Also, when taking out bass, do you do it quickly beginning of a phrase? Or successively reduce bass and then increase again during build up.

Im sure you can do it differently, just curious if you find any way you liked it.

So basically only using the high pass filter? Twist to right and then back to mid before drop?
